Truck was delivered fixed properly but was filthy!!! Had streaked running down it all the way around - took a hose to it when I got home to further inspect - looked so much better

They did a great job repairing my car. The manager even drove us to enterprise since we had been waiting in the office for our rental car for a while. However, the estimation for when my car would be completed was nearly 2 weeks off. I had already left town for the holiday weekend, thinking my car wouldn’t be ready and then suddenly got a call that my car needed to be picked up right away or I would be charged for the extra days for my rental. It was very inconvenient and the man I spoke to was inconsiderate and didn’t acknowledge how the estimation I was given was 13 days off and said I should be happy with the expedited service.
