not only was my car delivered to my home by the nicest guy named Leo (had braces) but Leo took my rental car with him and helped my out with the cash only I had. The topper was after i went into the house a heard a knock on my door and it was Leo. He had found my credit card in the loaner car before he left and brought it to me. Another employee of the month gold medal for him. I was so very relived as it only had about a hundred dollars it but it was all i had left for the rest of the month. So very grateful.

I tried to get my car door added to my claim but was told i had to make a separate claim adding another 500.00 deductible which i could not afford. It was from a hit and run driver. I never reported it because i thought they would raise my insurance. When i did the rear end damage i remembered about the car door. I explained all this to Richard and also mentioned how I was scammed in a parking lot by a guy who said he could pull out my dent for $150.00 while I was shopping in the store. Well when I got out of the store and all he had done pushed the dent in a bit and cleaned it. Come to find out he did more damage to my door than what was originally there. I was devastated. When I got my car back it took me days to look at that door and when i did I was so very surprised to see that Richard did something to it that made the dent look so much less noticeable. He deserves a gold medal for employee of the month!!! I never had a chance to thank him for the bottom of my heart. I am almost 80 and I hated driving around with a funky car. Now i dont have to. If i ever get enough money for another 500 dollar deductible you will see my car again.

Besides the door tweaking, My car was so clean . I had been embarrassed to take it needing the car wash. Not only was it so clean and pretty, someone there actually took my old sweatshirt that I had thrown in at the last minute and folded it beautifully and put it in my grandchild's car seat. I was stunned to see some guy do that. Really really thoughtful. Another gold medal for best employee of the month.
