Genevieve, Joe, and Rose were wonderful! Rose attended me when I first went in after my accident. She was very caring and empathetic. Genevieve then adored with updates. I was very very sick when my car was finished and she even got the car delivered to me. There were a few things that still needed work and she took the car back and delivered it once it was completed. After I got the car back there was an alert that kept popping up. I called and was directed to Joe, he let me know that wasn’t part of their repairs but still called the dealer to help me get the answers I needed. Great work and excellent customer service!
