I’m completely satisfied with the work done to my vehicle, however, I feel like MATTHEW could use some customer service training. We used Caliber a few years ago and was so impressed with not only the work on the vehicle, but the great customer service we received. Unfortunately, we did not receive that same customer service experience this go round which will make me hesitant to recommend you guys to friends and family in the future.

Corky and staff was great! Best experience at a collision center! I will recommend this place to everyone. They told me car would be done Friday but picked it up Wednesday afternoon. Great communication from Corky every step of the way.

This may not be a big deal to most but my first impression upon entering the office was hearing the guy saying a cuss word in the back office before coming to see who came in. As a lady I did not appreciate that and it was not a good first impression.
