Repairs took MONTHS (yes plural, MONTHS) longer than anticipated. Overall extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Communication was inconsistent at best but pretty much nonexistent. Total incompetence.

I really felt so good after I met and dealt with Jason and Larry at the Caliber collision in Saraland Alabama. I had a rocky start with Caliber Collision at Schillinger and Old shell road in Mobile. Mainly, I was prescheduled and the actual location had no info. At the Saraland location Jason and Larry were so professional and they assured me they would take care of me and my van, and they did. My wife felt so good after dealing with this office and they quickly repaired our van and they did an excellent job. I'm extremely satisfied with these guys and their professionalism. Thank you for excellent work, the lifetime guarantee and great service.

Didn’t keep me informed about the process of my repair. Very hard to get ahold of. Didn’t ever send the pictures my insurance requested. Damaged car more than what it was.

Caliber Collision was great and they were able to get my Renegade repaired and returned to me within a week. Entire process was much easier than I expected. Mr. Larry in Saraland was extremely kind and professional, he thoroughly explained all of my repairs and made sure I didn’t have any questions. I will definitely return to CC for any repairs I may need in the future.
