The staff were professional and friendly. They kept me informed of the progress being made and when things beyond their control caused any delays. Wrong part was delivered causing a delay that was on the parts supplier.

The rear wiper swipes from right to left. The wiper was put back on the left side so it swipes down instead of the rear window.
