The initial encounter at caliber collision when picking up my car after repairs I wasnt happy with the paint job it had an orange peel look to it and over spray on lights and window. I informed the manager and he was quick to help fix the issues as well as noticing the scrathes to the black plastic peices around front and back drivers side windows which the manager offered to fix at no cost to me . After taking my kia home I proceeded to wash it and noticed damage to my hood which was not present at the time I dropped the car off at Caliber collision it looks like something was dropped on my hood. The overall experience was ok! The Manager and office staff were very nice and helpful.My car was repaired very quick but I do feel that it was lacking Attention to detail and I do not feel my car was handled carefully which caused the damage to the hood. By the time I noticed the damage to the hood the shop was closed I will be contacting the shop to discuss further thank you!
