The biggest problem is communication. For some reason there is are a lot of texts but no useful information. For instance, I got one telling me repairs were “coming along nicely”. What does that mean? I got another saying “refinishing has started” but no explanation what that meant. I need relevant information e.g. how is timing or cost affected.

Only reason I’m giving any positive points is due to the fact Brenden the estimator had great communication throughout the process but at the end my car was filled with aftermarket parts which is fine I get they only get so much approved but the bumper fitment wasn’t even close to factory and the paint job was terrible. They had fish eyes in half the panels they blended into including on the brand new bumper and hood which was perfect even before the repair. Making the paint worse than before is truly a skill that cannot be replicated to the level of your current painter. Hopefully they get it right the second time and the painter that worked on it before isn’t the one to mess it up a second time

Didn’t give you the 10 only because when I went to find my car it wasn’t in the lot as the representative had said. The person had to go into the working area to find out the vehicle was been washed. There is something as too much efficiency when the text says your vehicle is ready, but it’s not quite so. Otherwise you have personable and attentive staff, like Brendon.
