My only comment relates to the timing of repair completion. Although the car was repaired between 4 and 5 pm, I did not receive not receive a call until 5:10 pm. It would have been impossible for me to be at your shop by 5:30 pm. I believe that meant another day’s charge for a rental. That left a bit of a bad taste for me. Would it be possible to alleviate that concern. I would have given the survey a 9-10 across the board for staff who helped me and the quality of the repair.
