The repair work done on my truck was very good. But what really pisses me off, is the fact that personal items were stolen from my glove box and damage was done to other parts of my vehicle while worked on and werenât properly fixed. So Iâm left with a vehicle that has damage and the fact that Iâve been ripped off by someone. Not the best experience or feeling Iâd have to say.

It is a no-fault to the people I dealt with. They were excellent. My biggest concern was there was no light in the parking lot of significance. My black car was parked outside I could not see if it was fixed properly or not. It is also a safety issue. I find that unacceptable. Management needs to take care of these issues not only for their customers but for their employees. As far as my cargoes, it was too dark last night and it is raining today. I have not been able to make an assessment. Obviously it looks very good compared to what it was.

Brandon the Shop Manager made the whole experience fantastic. It started off awful with the adjuster but when Brandon became involved, he took the matter into his hands and completely settled the issues. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his concern for the customer. Brandon is a definite asset to Caliber and deserves the highest praise and kudos.
