I left work early on Monday to pick up my truck and there was confusion on who was paying for repairs, me or the insurance company even though everything has gone completely through the insurance company. It took almost 4 hours to get resolved and I didn't get a call back until after 6pm saying it was resolved and I could pick up my truck except it was after hours so not until the next day. I went into work late the next day so I could pick up my truck, it was outside covered in snow, the rubber guard for my bed cover had been mostly ripped off and making it so the bed cover wouldn't close all the way, the paper mats were still inside the truck, there were stickers on my windshield under the snow, and the top of my key for my truck was broken so it can no longer go on a key chain. I went inside to ask about the key, I didn't say anything about any of the other stuff because I wasn't trying to be difficult. The manager on shift said they could shave the top of my key down and drill a hole so it could go on a key chain or just make me a new key, so I am going back this week to give them the key to make a new one. The repairs seem great so far, just a bunch of small things at the end that were frustrating.

The entire process from start to finish was extremely smooth and easy. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing I could drop the car off and get a rental car instantly and the repairs would start. All of the staff were friendly and professional. They took the time to make sure I was set up ok before I left, and when I came back to get the car they did a thorough walk through of all of the repairs. They communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what to expect in terms of time frame. The car looks beautiful. My sincerest thanks to everyone!

Let me first say my complaint has zero to do with the people who greeted me or Brandon who did the repair on my car. They were all wonderful and really went above and beyond to go over my car. The car was beautiful outside and the repairs impeccable. Although as I drove away and had to get my daughter an could not turn around I found black dust all over the interior of my car. Glue on the steering wheel and on the drivers side door. The inside of my car looked worse than when I dropped it off. So bad that I stopped at Walmart with my daughter to get wipes to wipe the interior down due to my work suit having dust all over it. For alll the things they did so right how could the inside of my car look so awful and not looked at all, to wipe down. Again your staff was so professional and the ones I encountered are above customer service. Although I would really ask they look at the inside of the car I will have to have the inside detailed it is awful.
