A minor repair was not completed in a timely mqnner. In addition, my windshield was cracked while in Caliberâs care and the manager would accept no responsibility for it.

I made an appointment six weeks in advance of the arrival, the parts needed were already listed on the estimate from GEICO. For the first two days the car was at the shop, I got no contact. Only after I contacted the shop did I get an update. Parts werenât ordered until the fourth day the car was there. I believe that there could have been better logistics to minimize the wait. The repairs are fine, but I donât believe the entire process should have taken longer than a week if there were better coordination.

I was surprise that a little scratch took a week to repair
