I really like the service and communication is amazing. ONLY ISSUE was the vehicle was not as clean as I had expected and someone had dirty/greasy fingers when touching the steering wheel and the drivers interior door as the interior is very light gray and the greasy prints were sorely visible

Caliber is THE BEST collision repair service and I have ZERO RESERVATIONS recommending them 100%. Only issue was that the inside of my vehicle was not as clean as I would have expected. There were some small leaves inside on the seats (as if a window had been left open) and someone with greasy hands left greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel and drivers side door. The interior of my vehicle is very light gray and it was very apparent. I had to use etoh wipes to remove the greasy fingerprints. That was the only disappointing part of the entire experience.

Caliber collision went above and beyond to fix my BMW, they gave me an estimate when I didn’t have an appointment, and was able to get it in right away. It was done in one day. Also went ahead and cleaned my engine with no charge to me! Hopefully I don’t need to use them in the near future, but if I do, I will totally go back to Caliber collision, In Savage.
