Well I had a spot that my car had been egged and they just painted over it so now you can definitely tell my car was painted. I had a sticker over it so will have to search for new. I would of paid a little extra to fix it. I was told 7 days to repair but it took longer which kind of messed things up for out of town guests. It was easy to work with insurance company, Caliber and Enterprise. Impressed with that part.

The process was super easy and Caliber handled many the paperwork parts I either didn't want to do or didn't know how to do. When it was complete, it was like the damage was never there to begin with.

The quality of work was great, my only frustration was in communication of requirements to get the truck ready for repair and incorrect parts delaying the repair. Again, not the shops fault entirely but it is frustrating when it happens 3 times.

I think Caliber Collision did good work. I am a little disappointed in the time it took to complete the repairs and the delays due to incorrect parts being delivered for the repairs. I believe it happened 3 times.

Honestly I was SO impressed...with everything! Andrew was fantastic from start to finish! Extremely kind and courteous; quickly put me at ease as soon as he walked me through the issues and assured me fixing the damage was not a problem. He was constantly in contact with me with updates and clearly communicated everything. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was more of the same and I have to say I was beyond happy with the results! I would honestly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone...they're that good!
