People were great that work there and good quality work and efficient. I had an issue with the car rental enterprise not charging the correct amount and had to make a couple calls to have them correct it. They also did not have the original reservation right with second caller from there and had to correct. They were on time however to pick up and car was good.

The guy who helped me with my car was AMAZING!! He was so helpful and nice and always called me to keep me up-to-date on my car. It was amazing service! He made sure everything was perfect with my Mini! I would highly HIGHLY recommend this place to any one - even if they don’t have Progressive to help them find Caliber. I plan on coming back if anything else happens to my car in the future!!

In general it looks good. The only issue I have is how the door sounds when it closes. It now has a very cheap/hollow sound.

From the time I made an appointment, the receptionist (Kim) if I remember correctly was very nice and helpful. The gentleman that assessed my damage and re visit was also very nice and walked with me through all the processes. Always kept me updated.
