I am not satisfied at all with the repair work done on my white Toyota RAV4 Hybrid at the Caliber Collision on Wright Boulevard in Schaumburg. Initially, they asked me to bring in my car so they could diagnose the issues. I did, but I was not able to take my car back—they kept it there. Every week when I called to check, they told me the repairs were still ongoing, and as a result, my car was held there for 35 days. After 35 days, when they told me the car was ready, I noticed that the front bumper had been replaced very poorly. When I pointed this out, they said they could replace it again and that, if the insurance approved it, they could install an original part. I agreed, and the next day they said the insurance had approved it. The following week, they replaced the front bumper within two days. The initial 35-day repair period is unacceptable, especially considering that the work involved not only replacing the front bumper but also fixing the cruise control and the horn. In addition, the paint job they did was very poor. For these reasons, I want to make it clear that I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Drop off was a breeze and they went over everything. Best part was picking it up and seeing my jeep detailed. I only needed the bumper replaced but my jeep was fully detailed. I was blown away.
