The truck was ready for pick up last Saturday. The bumper was not lined up correctly along with the head light . Truck was left and was told it will be ready on Monday. Monday arrived and truck was not ready. On Tuesday Received a call that the truck was ready. Once again the head lights was not properly installed. At this point I had pad my deductible and the bill was paid in full . Car was left for another day.finally today the truck was repaired correctly. Just disrappointed that it toook several attempts to repair my vehicle. I had used this business for several vehicles I owned . I understand the business have went u Dey new management/ownership but this is the first time I had experienced any kind of service like this

The entire process was a fantastic experience. Being kept in the loop on what was going on and when was very appreciated. The repair was done ahead of schedule as well, which was a huge bonus. Fantastic experience overall.
