Repairs were done in timely manner to perfection. I’m so happy with the way my car turned out. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The manager, Jennifer, was very helpful and informative. I’ll be recommending Caliber in Schenectady to anyone who needs repairs!!!

Caliber collision was very fast to get my car in. Had a quick appointment. The people on the phone were super friendly. I was able to get my car back seven days early even with a part that was not correctly aligned to my vehicle. They were really great with the updates the tax updates. They were really quick to return questions and answer any questions I had about the timeline when they returned my car. It was cleaned out it smelled great. They were absolutely perfect service. I had heard really good things about them, but I think that even though getting into an accident sucks caliber collision actually made it not as bad.
