From start to finish, Caliber was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous at all stages of the repairs. The updates were timely and informative. Kudos to Andrew Pettengill, Lead Advisor. He fully explained the repair process and answered all my questions. Also, would like to compliment the office staff. They were always friendly and helpful. All staff members I came in contact with from office staff, technicians, etc. were very nice and helpful. They finished the repairs ahead of schedule which was much appreciated and the one technician who worked on my car, (Andrew) was excellent! He was very kind and patient with me and very willing to answer any question or concern I had making me feel at ease. It’s evident he enjoys what he does and he is an asset to the company. Thank you for making my car beautiful again!
