My local Caliber Collision kept a tracker updated as repairs were being done, which I appreciated and kept a close watch on! But the national line for the business made it difficult to get ahold of my particular repair shop or technician to ask about questions or updates I was looking for.

Auto lift function fails randomly on tailgate, unable to effectively replicate the problem making this an impossible repair to diagnose. Scratches in the new body parts that should be new. Paint chip in brand new paint on tailgate.

Ethan was very kind and the office staff was nice as well. Communication was lacking, I would wait days until I heard from caliber. I specifically noted to Ethan that some trim pieces were missing and he said “ I will call you back in 30 minutes”, and it has now been about 30 hours.
