I took my car to the scottsdale road location and had the pleasure of being serviced by Ernie. He was more than helpful. He was kind, friendly and professional. The date they told me my car would be ready was the date it actually was ready, which helped with my planning as a full-time working mother. The text updates were a nice bonus. I felt I was in good hands and would revcomend anyone to contact Ernie if they wanted diligent and professional service.

The dashboard is still flashing a tire pressure warning. I was told to go to Discount Tire to have it checked and I will do that, but I felt the car should have been completely fixed.

The staff was excellent. Smiles, being greated, the front desk checking to verify that the bill was accurate, Carl taking the time to explain to me exactly what was done to my car and then going over the bill with me. I have been to Caliber Collision twice for repairs and will continue to come back because of the excellent service.
