When walking around car with markers, I mentioned to the man that there was something broke that I found in the engine bay. He said he doesn't need to look or mark because the people who fix the car are very thorough. When I was looking at how great my car looks again, I decided to make sure the problem that I pointed out was fixed and it wasn't.

I was very pleased with the overall results on the minor repairs to my bumper. It entailed working with three separate agencies to complete the job. I was given a very nice rental vehicle, which was good because the repairs took one day longer than anticipated.They even did a quick detail on my car before returning it to me. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Called me for weeks after I had already picked my car asking my if I had got it yet. Did not even go to the back lot to look? How can you not keep track of this. Also asked if I had paid my deductible weeks later or not. Seems like nobody knew what was going on with anything.
