The young lady answering the phones was so helpful and friendly. I was supposed to do drop off at another location. She said no worries I’lll call and get the information for you. When I got there she came out and introduced herself and handed over the file she made. Then I met Anthony. What a nice guy! We had problems getting my part in but he was so considerate and nice, I couldn’t complain. He followed up w me everyday and suggested I come pick up the car until the part came in. I’m absolutely impressed w your staff. Even the young girl at the front desk was great. Great team!

The team did a great job getting the parts very quickly and Anthony kept me posted as to exactly what was happening. On the final day, he review the car and was not satisfied so he updated the repairs and then approved the car for delivery to me. Great experience. Thank you!!

Caliber did an excellent job communicating with me through the process. Also, the vhical turned out like new again. They even held delivery one day because Anthony thought it was not perfect. He made correction and finished the work the next day. Great job Caliber!!
