I had a very frustrating experience with Caliber Collision. They had my car for a week and a half for what should have been a simple window replacement and tint job, which I find completely unacceptable. Throughout the process, there was little sense of urgency from the team, and my advisor was not communicative unless I called repeatedly and pushed for updates. Additionally, I was told I would receive a complimentary sensor/alarm for the window due to the delays, but that never happened. My final total was also $55 higher than originally quoted because the tint was apparently not included in the initial estimate, despite that never being discussed upfront. When I asked for some form of accommodation or discount because of the delays and poor communication, I was told I was already receiving the “lowest price possible” and only paying wholesale for the tint. I don’t find that explanation credible, as the pricing appeared standard and clearly included normal markup and margin. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from both my advisor and the shop as a whole. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. At this point, bill is paid and everything is done. I don’t want a call from the service advisor, there is no reason to try to rectify this. Damage is done.

Jose was amazing, and everyone else at the shop was so kind. Even the people I spoke to at the call center were genuinely helpful and nice. It’s rare that everyone you speak to at all levels at a company are so kind. I absolutely recommend them for repairs!! My car looks amazing!

The young man that handled the repairs was very kind, professional and thorough. As a disabled senior I've seen decades of how businesses change their policies towards customers. I'm delighted to say this young man handled my repairs the old fashioned way... reliably, with courtesy, care and prudence. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
