The staff specifically Ethan and two others were kind. The timeframe for repair~ no. not attending to small dent I pointed out makes me wonder what corners were cut on bigger more obvious repairs for my car.

Missed a couple spot on the side. I have a friend from high school who does after market on cars and is very in the know with collision repair. He pointed out a dent however slight on side of car and instructed me to show caliber. I did to Sebastian day I dropped off my car, he said yes, that would be fixed too. The dent is still there. It’s slight but dent still there slightly bothers me. I do lashes for a living so noticing every small detail is what I’m paid for. I won’t bring car back in because I’m afraid caliber will keep my car far longer than needs to be. 7.5 is more reflective of score.

Nice staff. Lapse in initial communication. Gentlemen (two of them) who helped me day I picked up car were exceptional, pretty young lady behind desk pleasant too. This made all the difference, otherwise caliber rating is lacking.

Other than the miscommunication about the back bumper, everything met expectations.

The work performed was great, however the miscommunication about having the team work on the back bumper while they were repairing front end damage made it so that they never did any work as discussed on the back bumper.

This is my second time using caliber and the second time they went above and beyond. The repairs were great but our service person Anthony was fantastic, he was very communicative and pleasant to work with and he went above and beyond to assist me personally with transportation. I honestly cannot say enough good things!
