Everything went perfect! Kathy is great as the first face meeting at Caliber. She made me feel confident in decision to have selected caliber. Brittney was very thorough when inspecting damage and kept me informed during the whole process. Very knowledgeable, friendly, with a great sense of humor! Caliber worked with the insurance companies that wanted to total my vehicle which is a 2010 but in very good condition and not that many miles so they were able to get the vehicle fixed and saved me a car expense which I was not ready for! I was very appreciative of how they helped me. Thank you for everyone who worked on this account.
