The car turned out great! Great communication throughout! The only downfall was how long the process took because of paying out of pocket for the rental car. The new manger was great!

This location is awesome! From the moment we walked in Kathy at the front desk was extremely helpful. Fermin was very professional and was able to give us a very fair estimate. Brianna was also very helpful as well. Will definitely use Caliber Collision for all our repairs in the future!

Normally, I would do these surveys when the job is 100% completed, but it’s 99%. There’s one issue that was clearly overlooked and broken piece next to the license plate will be completely replaced. I’m looking forward to the call to come over and snap that into place. You have done work for me before

2022 BMW M4.... Kathie did a great job working with Paul and the service area to take care of my needs in a quick and efficient manner. They had my wheel repaired in 2 working days and took care of a difficult (to some like BMW car dealership) reflector replacement... Excellent work at a reasonable price. Very happy with CC... they have worked on several cars for me and never let me down. Thanks!

Billed Travelers and I paid the deductible. I had some extra work done on my own. The bottom line is they said rhe car was ready, but they did not complete all the items. Lots of excuses about the quality control issues they are experiencing. Recommend you drop this center immediately.

The car looks amazing! Your painter is a real professional - perfect color match. My wife and I really appreciated the attention to detail. We were also pleasantly surprised that the car was cleaned and detailed when we came to pick it up - nice touch!
