I know this is not necessarily all Caliber’s problem, however taking THREE WEEKS to get a bumper cover in and painted is an astonishingly long period of time. Add to that, there were integral trim pieces with visible defects, paint, peeling, etc. that were never disclosed, which would’ve been simple to address while the bumper cover was off. I was never made aware of those defects and would’ve happily paid out of pocket to get that addressed, however no one bothered to notify me. Now I’m faced with the prospect of paying AGAIN to remove the bumper to address the affected trim pieces. Ugh. The part that was painted looks great, but not happy with the full completed product, especially given the amount of time it took.
