As discussed with Kaleb over the telephone, after picking up my car, the trunk liftgate doesn’t open without having to press the key fob. I should be able to open it without having to press the key fob. After trying it about eight times it finally opened without pushing the key fob. I then told Kaleb it was mysteriously working again. I went out at night to run errands and it was not working again. I was wondering if it was the battery which would be odd because the battery is not very old. I don’t think it’s the remote’s battery because my car starts and I can open up the driver‘s door and passenger door without pressing the key fob. I had called Right Honda yesterday and only spoke with one person who didn’t know what the answer was to the problem. I shouldn’t have to go to Honda after getting my car back from the body shop. I’m not sure why I’m stuck trying to figure this out by googling and making phone calls.

Manager was great with helping me with issues from repairs at another caliber location. My experience with the initial repairs from the San Diego location was terrible and very concerning but this location took ownership and fixed it all so I couldn’t be happier,
