Over the top service!!! These days, I set my expectations low and expect to battle for what is “right” Taylor and Caliber team made the entire process of restoring my Subi back to her beauty after being hit and all within the time frame they estimated. I would tell my friend to make sure Caliber has a contract with their insurance company. I planned to use Caliber because I thought they had a contract with my insurance company (AAA), then I found out they didn’t. The reimbursement worked out OK, there was just an extra step or two.
