My initial phone call with Cathy was really pleasant and set the tone for the entire process. Her calm demeanor and the ease of scheduling was much appreciated. I was fortunate to have Kaleb take care of my car. He was communicative, the workmanship was great, and I received my car ahead of the estimated date! I’d requested a quote for additional work beyond what insurance was paying for. I never got the quote until I called my contact. My car was already being painted and he had to stop that so they could add the repair and paint to the bumper. If I had not called, it would have not been done. I was never notified by Caleb that my car was complete and ready to pick up and I almost incurred addtl rental car charges. I had to call and get approval for an extension of the rental. Caleb said he called but my voice mailbox was full. It wasn’t.

Caleb’s lack of follow-up was very disappointing. No follow up quote for addtl work requested, no notification that my car was ready. Then lied that my voice mailbox was full. I had to call him for any follow up.
