Across the board everyone at the Sebastopol location was fantastic and took incredible care to make the experience go well. The work itself on my 4Runner was excellent. Wayne was very helpful and kept me posted about progress. He knew how to handle all the insurance paperwork and delivered a great result on my repair. Caliber does need to work on its logistics and parts tracking; it seems Wayne was frequently given inaccurate information about part status and arrival dates.
