Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was being told I'd get a call back with info and that not happening a few times. The part needed was used so research had to be done. I just felt it would've been nice to cal progress reports. I had to call in to get them.

My State Farm Insurance agent took her car to Caliber so I trusted her recommendation. The men who went over my car with me were really professional and friendly. I am bad with names so I don’t remember their names but didn’t forget their courteous ways. Wayne was also helpful when I called to make an appointment and overseeing everything. I didn’t worry about my car at all. It was minor work and I knew they would do a good job. I also appreciate how they interact with Enterprise Car Rental to make it easy for the customer. Very helpful. When I picked up my car it looked great!! It was really cleaned up and shiny. A couple of people at work commented on that fact too. It almost looked like it was waxed. The bumper looked like new! I feel really happy and grateful for the work well done. Thank you so much!
