Jose walked me through the entire repair plan and answered all of my questions. He paid attention to my notes about specific quirks of my car that might otherwise have complicated and slowed the repair process. I was informed about which parts of the repair would be performed in the Caliber shop and which parts would be done at subcontractor shops that had specialized equipment. Jose informed me of which parts would be OEM and which would be after market and why.

Kyra (Travelers’ case agent) was very helpful start to finish. She kept us informed and checked up on the repair progress both with us and the repair shop. The shop (Caliber) did an excellent job and also kept us informed of work progress. Our car looks good as new

Excellent service. The repair case manager, Jose, is very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I informed Jose of a couple of particulars about our car. He understood and took care accordingly. I would have rated the job ‘10’ except there were a couple of expected finish times that were missed. On the first instance we did not get a waive off until after we drove to the shop to pick up the car. In the second instance I called just before I left to pick up the car and I was told it would be ready the next business day. In all, the work was excellent and fast.

Staff and process were effcient kind professional and attentive. The price was more than fixing the entire side of the car, bumper and tail light. Im pretty surprised by the $1900+ increase at the end. Nice people
