10/10 body shop. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel like I had chose the right shop. Service advisor Jose Magana did an amazing job walking me through the process and regularly updating me on the current status of the repairs in detail. Caliber went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail separates them from other body shops I’ve dealt with in the past. My vehicle was completed much faster than I had anticipated and was both vacuumed and washed when I arrived to pick up. Couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. 10/10 auto body shop. Staff was friendly & professional, immediately made me feel confident in my choice of shop. Service manager Jose Magana went above and beyond taking care of me and my vehicle. His communication throughout the entire process put my mind at ease and gave me confidence in the quality of work being preformed on my vehicle. He regularly updated me on progress and was extremely responsive to all of my needs and concerns. When my vehicle was finished the car was returned to me clean and in better condition than it was prior the accident. They nailed every aspect of the repair. The combination of quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and great customer service separates Caliber from any other auto body shop I’ve dealt with in the past. Their team is genuinely invested in their customers satisfaction and have a passion for their trade. I couldn’t be happier with the work done to my vehicle. I really appreciated how quickly Caliber did the repair and how they kept me informed throughout. José at the Sebastopol location was extremely professional and wonderful to interact with, as well as thorough in his work and role. The repair looks perfect!
