This review would have been a 10, but it quickly declined upon return of my vehicle. The completion of the work on my vehicle was not only delayed repeatedly, but then came back and had sustained damage while in the care of caliber. The employee attempted to Blame me for damage and cover up whatever had actually happened. They returned my vehicle damaged and worth less then when I brought it in (also charged $2500, $700 out of my own pocket). The general manager was then incredibly rude and showed no empathy to the situation. It is disgraceful and I’m am deeply disappointed

Very happy with the result. My car looks great. Geico did offer me the enterprise office in Santa Rosa which would have been a little closer than rohnert park but that was after we had gone to rohnert park. Just fyi.

Super friendly service, got me in quickly, gave me a ride both ways, charged me a very reasonable rate, did an excellent job, and even touched up the paint and cleaned my car. Highly recommend. Couldn't be more satisfied.
