Communication was poor. All of the parts were not ordered at first, I had to ask to make sure a part was getting replaced. When the part came in late, no one contacted me to let me know, I had to call in. I was not informed I would be getting a new key for the glove box. No one asked if I wanted it rekeyed to fit my current key, even if I had to pay for it myself. I would not go back.

Everything went according to plan, except the delay. Which was minor, since they kept my car while we were on vacation.

Everything went as planned with a slight detour. My car repair needed a few extra days, no problem. Except, we were going to be on vacation for 2 weeks and couldn’t pick up the car. No problem, they stored my car for the two weeks. Great service.
