My experience at the Caliber Collision shop in Sebastopol was wonderful! I can not say enough positive about them. I especially appreciated how Jose cut my bill by $200 or more by replacing a battery in my car's clicker which solved two problems I was having with my vehicle. A $2 part as opposed to $200+!!! So, even though I hope it will be a long time before I have to visit Caliber Collision again, I am so happy it's them that will be servicing my vehicle. Dianna

The customer service was excellent. There was consistant communication during the repair process. They let me know ahead of time that my repair would be done a day early and that gave me enough time to be ready to pick it up. They also helped with the car rental pick up and return which made everything a more pleasant experience.

Our repair on our Charger was perfect! It looks so good! We were especially delighted when we got inside and the interior was completely cleaned!!! Thankyou so much!! Also the staff on the phone and in the shop were all beyond friendly and helpful . We will definitely recommend Caliber to all our friends and any return repairs if needed.
