The collision team did an excellent job fixing my car, after a hit and run accident. I was out of the country for a week, after dropping it off and was off grid. The techs found a dangerous problem with my suspension, couldn't reach me, but fixed it for me anyway to make sure I was safe! What a blessing it has been to work with such a wonderful team of caring people! Having the best people...doing a great job on my car was a win!

Communication was hit or miss unfortunately. Upon pickup, no one walked the car with me. I got home and realized there is still a scuff on my tail light that was marked with a green marker to be fixed.

I acknowledge I am obsessive about keeping my new car in new car status so while the body repair needed was minor in comparison to a full body restoration, it still was as important. I wasn’t sure what to expect but am so satisfied that there is absolutely no evidence of any dents, dings or scratches. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Seymour whenever the occasion arises.

It’s everything I’d hope with the body repair. Safelite needs to address the sensor for auto windshield wipers that was affected when the windshield was replaced.

First : Darby kept me informed of the progress from the very first day. Second : The job was completed in a very timely manor. Third: I was extremely pleased with the paint color match. I wasn't expecting it to be a perfect match , however it is. I will definitely always refer anyone I know that is in need of a repair. Excellent quality of work. And extremely professional and friendly staff.
