They tell me my vehicle is ready I go down I pay for it we do a walk-through and there still damage to my vehicle and it’s not complete two different claims neither one of them were completed 100%

I am so excited. I just got out of the hospital and my husband picked me up in my Prius, a doe hit my car on the driver side. I didn't know Caliber's reputation, or anything about them?? but when I called I knew it was an EXCEPTUAL PLACE! these people are professional… They are AWESOME and your creativity & expertise is EXCELLENT!! You did a super Duper job. I am ecstatic, so pleased so pleased! They went the extra mile to make sure my car was perfect and looks brand new not a flaw, not a wrong color, it is SUPERB!! Thank you guys you made this girl happy, that was my baby. You cared for it like I love it!!! Anybody else who is questioning Caliber's delivery, dont!, just call him up you'll be so glad you did. I don't know what some peoples problems are when they do some Negative response but there is no way that Caliber can Do it wrong! They are just too good! Your attitude, one on one talking, was truly professional and friendly. Thank you also for calling me at the hospital Assuring me the car was looking good. Your care astounded me!!
