I really appreciated Neil and his team and their efforts to keep me informed as well as doing everything they could to make sure my car was perfect when I got it back. With all the repairs needed, that was no small task. Additionally, the front desk employees were always kind and helpful, and I really liked the texting system that kept me up to date on my repairs. No one wants to deal with car repairs, but this team did a great job of making it as painless as possible. Thank you all!!!

The office staff were very informative, and helped me get the authorizations needed to repair my RAV4 and get a rental until the work was completed. The texts keeping me informed were very helpful. The job was completed as soon as they got the necessary parts. Having my car damaged was a bad experience but the efficiency of Caliber’s employees was all positive. Thank each of you who helped me get this taken care of.

The body work on the vehicle itself was done nicely. Unfortunately I was very disappointed to see that there was silver paint smeard on black trim after I opened the driver door. I was not happy about this
