My repairs were not completed as expected. - driver's side window is still cracked/scuffed - deep scratch in driver side rear door Additional cosmetic damage was actually done to my vehicle. I am currently awaiting a call back from Jacob in attempt to reach a resolution.

The lack of initial attention to the detail of the trunk lid alignment is the reason for a 9 rating.
