First : Darby kept me informed of the progress from the very first day. Second : The job was completed in a very timely manor. Third: I was extremely pleased with the paint color match. I wasn't expecting it to be a perfect match , however it is. I will definitely always refer anyone I know that is in need of a repair. Excellent quality of work. And extremely professional and friendly staff.

Unfortunate circumstances led me to this body shop, but I had a wonderful experience. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and communicated regularly about my SUV’s progress. The quality of the bodywork was excellent, with great attention to detail.

Darby was phenomenal! She explained every step of the process starting with the estimates, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and was generally just a joy to work with. Overall Caliber helped me get through a terrible situation with ease and took the bulk of the stress off of me in the process. My truck came out cleaner than it's ever been and the repairs were perfect! It looks and feels like a brand new vehicle.

I am so thankful for Darby and her team. They were able to get my car in and fixed in 36 hours after it had gotten broken into by a bear. She worked her magic throughout the entire experience and as able to make it a little less stressful. I am very thankful she is now apart of our story. I would recommend her and her team to anybody.

The new bumper has molding pieces from production that weren’t sanded and painted properly. The passenger rear doors paint on the edge of the door is wearing off already.
