Me and my boyfriend live together and only have 2 cars. Our schedules are complete opposites. We both knew it could take some time to get the car fixed. When the lady at the front desk told us that it would take a week and a half to 2 weeks to finish, we were hopeful to make our schedules work. Then, yall kept pushing back our finish date to an entire month. This cost us hundreds of dollars in having to drop shifts. Please don’t tell customers such inaccurate timeframes. The repair work is perfect and it feels like we just got a car from the dealership. We are very satisfied with the work other than the first part of this paragraph.

Yall took twice the amount of time that you said you would take, kept postponing finish date for a month when you said it would take 2 weeks maximum. Car looks good though.
