After final walkthrough, evident damage was still remaining. Visible to the eye, and obvious. That repair took additional time. A new pickup time was set after the 2nd repair. Upon arrival for agreed pickup time my car still wasn’t ready. Everyone was kind. But I’m disappointed with the quality, communication, and lack of evident damage awareness.

Repairs were not done properly the first time, but the shop is correcting the issue.

The local staff is great, and when I called corporate I got spoke to a really nice lady. But I called to check on hours and was told by someone that y'all were open on Saturdays and that I should bring my car back with the malfunction on Saturday morning. Of course, y'all are not open on Saturday. So I don't know why I was told that. Wasted my time.
