There were scratches or scrapes found on the rear bumper and when we got there the vehicle could not be picked up. A little bit of a hassle for the 2 people retrieving the vehicle.

Josh @ calliber shakopee was amazing, quite honestly the whole team and experience was off the charts perfection. Also got me taken care of on aphew issues that went above and beyond what I expected. Extremely impressed with the entire process from start to finish. I was able to get in immediately, the repair was finished a day early, and car was cleaner both inside and out than when I drove it off the lot 2 weeks prior. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone!!

Josh and his team were absolutely incredible to work with. Josh provided timely updates throughout the process and the teams attention to detail and safety were paramount. The vehicle looks great and like new… very evident that the team at Caliber is top notch. It was washed and cleaned inside/out when I got it back as well - which was something I truly appreciated. Last but certainly not least - Josh was both friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire experience easy and less of a burden! I would rate my overall Caliber Collision experience a 10/10.

Everything went to smoothly! My car was so clean on top of being fixed. Great to have my vehicle back! The only thing is that when I arrived home after getting my vehicle my husband noticed two perfect circle dents the same height about 10 inches apart on my driver side door. These are dents we hadn't seen before.

Hello, I believe the man who serviced my vehicle was Kenneth Lindgren, gave me the estimate anyway. He was an absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful, gentlemen , Speaking to me about my vehicle. I have dealt with Kennedy in Shakopee. They took over three weeks to match the factory paint on my vehicle. This time it was actually brought in for damage and it was fixed, the inside was clean, the outside was clean. I honestly have to say that however you have Shakopee Minnesota running, keep it that way. From the time the receptionist picked up the phone, till the time I got the phone call from my mechanic that my vehicle was ready, seriously I felt like I was with her very good friends. Those friends who have your best interest at heart. I am 45 years old, have never owned this nice of a vehicle in my life, single mother with two sets of twins, and I’m sure the Shakopee team can vouch for me, I even cried when I picked up my car ha. I didn’t cry only because of my car, I cried mostly because of the experience . I will come to collision course and recommend collision course to absolutely anybody I know who has a car issue, LOL as a matter of fact I have already been talking you guys up to a few people I know :-). The first phone call I made to collision course(not sure who on duty) that day completely calmed me down as she did everything for me, including setting me up for a rental next-door, she would definitely get 100% and a big gold star. The mechanic who worked on my car, would give him well over 100% and also a big gold star. The young lady who cleaned out my car, made my whole summer because of my health problems and even that was something huge to me and I would also give her 100% and a big gold star, not sure if you do or not but I think it would be very nice if in someway some of these employees could be called out and given a little gift card or some thing. Because let me tell you, my team made me cry and that was those three
