It’s tough to say. The quality of the work seems to be very good. And the team did a great job communicating with me about some issues that arose. However, the whole situation was very frustrating because I ended up having to waste more time and money to get things right. Drivers side tire was 4 lbs light of nitrogen when I picked up the car. I realize that they sent the wheel out for repair, so this wasn’t directly they’re fault. However, it was frustrating that I had to drive out of my way to get it filled at a VW dealership. Also, my drivers side door speaker wasn’t working when I got the vehicle back. Luckily, VW covered the replacement under warranty, but if they hadn’t Caliber would have made me pay for it. I think this is not good business, as the speaker worked prior to me dropping it off for repairs.

Fender and door paint matches great. 3m clear bra was applied precisely and looks as good as it did before. Door belt rubber was slightly bubbled in one place, but they fixed it upon request. The biggest issue was that somehow during the process my drivers side door speaker stopped working. It worked when I dropped it off then wasn’t working when I got my vehicle back. It ended up being a big hassle to get VW to replace it.

Josh and his manager were quick to fix a few issues that had come up. Jesse at the South Minneapolis location (Lyndale) was a pleasure to work with as well. Communication was great from all of them.
