I am very happy to say that caliber technicians are doing good job and they are the best But the problem I have seen is delay. It took almost 25 days to return the vehicle which is not expected. Except that everything is good.

Great work. Excellent service. Love the text updates. Shop seems to have a very upbeat atmosphere and employees seem to like each other. Ken did a great job helping me. Would definitely recommend. My car was sooooooo clean!

Each time i have had services done with Pearson/caliber I have been impressed/satisfied with the complete process. Appointment, estimate, updates, pickup (car detailed inside!). The only thing that concerns me is that I walked in and there were so many staff not wearing masks. (Quickly putting them on) when they saw my expression. Thanks for being in the community providing service with transparency and integrity.
