I was disappointed that my car sat for about 9 or 10 days before it was touched when I was told it would probably take a week, it took 15 days. I understand that I dropped it the day they switched from Pearson to Caliber and that switch overs are difficult. However, I would have rather kept my car vs paying for a rental. If I hadn't had coverage and was paying the full amount, I would have expected Caliber to pick up the cost for the days my vehicle sat. Also, thought that update calls could have happened sooner, I usually ended up calling first. Based on my experience, in the future I would hesitate to return without expressed promises that the work would be done in the time given.
