Everything was great. However, when it came to flexibility and willingness to work around our schedule because we had conflicts…the receptionist was unwilling or unable to help. Not only did she continue to repeat the same answers over and over again, but she would not provide any solutions to our issue. So I had to miss work to get to my appointment. She in our opinion was rude through passive attitude. Her customer service and attitude was apparent when I arrived the next day and when I picked up the vehicle. Again the vehicle was perfect! Very happy with the results! Receptionist was not pleasant .
